【XM外汇平台】：美联储必须降息，黄金迎来“救星”？

继上周四特朗普罕见视察美联储后，昨日特朗普再度表示，美联储必须降息。
近期以来，特朗普一直喊话美联储要求降息，原因为何？
首先，美国的债务规模，根据最新数据来看已突破36万亿美元，占GDP比重达152.18%，高利率会增加债务的利息支出，现有利率如果能降低1%，政府每年的支出利息就能节省3600亿美元。
其次，高利率会增加企业融资成本，不利企业发展，进而延伸影响到经济增长以及就业市场。
再者，特朗普发起的关税战推高了商品价格，即便现在跟已达成的国家税率来看最低也有15%，岂能不影响通胀上升？降息也是为了对冲通胀风险。
既然降息有这么多好处，那鲍威尔为什么就是不降呢？
关税战的发起，毫无疑问已实质性推高了商品价格，尤其是进口商品，高出的价格最终只能是消费者买单，如果通胀不降低，盲目降息就有可能导致工资和物价呈现螺旋式上升，就是类似20世纪70年代的“工资-物价螺旋”，最终导致通胀预期失控。
倘若真出现这样的情况，背锅的就是鲍威尔。
今天，美联储开始召开议息会议，从现有情绪来看，美联储降息预期并没有因为特朗普的喊话而提升，如果周四凌晨两点的利率决议跟随后的鲍威尔讲话能够提升降息预期，那就正合特朗普心意，理论上，也会利好于黄金上涨。
那本周的议息会议，美联储还是按部就班，不为所动，鲍威尔讲话一如既往的话锋不变，也就是不能够提升降息预期，特朗普会无动于衷吗？市场意外就来自于此，加之黄金价格已经提前下跌消化影响，再跌的空间就有限了。
昨日黄金价格先涨后跌，盘中最低回落至3301一带，最终价收低，技术上形成看跌形态，能否进一步下跌破位需要动能支持，看似弱势，实则不一定下跌。
3300关口视为有效支撑，如若跌破位，下一技术支撑位于3280一带（能否到达不能肯定），同时需要注意的是，金价连续下探后，今日看空氛围无比强烈，当市场形成一致的方向思维时，就需要警惕意外反转。
同时，中美会谈的最终结果或将于后夜时段公布（也有可能明天早上），实际结果不做猜测，但也需防超出市场预期外的情况发生，一旦有变，风险将提升。
临近月底，又逢八月初到来，叠加各种消息面事件影响，市场表面的平静岂能掩盖暗藏的危机，延伸到黄金市场来看，短期调整只为中期上涨蓄势，再一次企稳上涨势必就要迈向前高价位了，我们拭目以待。
